Who is GemPro for? ▾
GemPro is built for gemstone dealers, diamond traders, jewellery manufacturers, and anyone in the coloured stone or diamond industry who needs to manage inventory, clients, and finances in one place.
How does the free trial work? ▾
When you sign up, you get full access to all Basic plan features for 60 days — no credit card required. After your trial ends, you can subscribe to continue using GemPro or your account will be paused (your data is kept safe).
Can I import my existing data? ▾
Yes. GemPro supports importing from spreadsheets (CSV/Excel), JSON exports, and direct migration from other systems. Our AI can also parse supplier price lists, invoices, and receipts automatically.
Is my data secure? ▾
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted, stored on Cloudflare's edge infrastructure with complete tenant isolation, and automatically backed up daily. We use JWT authentication, PBKDF2 password hashing, and team-level data isolation on every database query.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Payments are processed securely — we never store your card details.
